The Group has also enjoyed a successful partnership with respected Leeds-based developer Chartford Homes Ltd, delivering two high-quality residential developments under the Chartford Lunn LLP joint venture. These include the 34-home Horsforth Grange development, with a Gross Development Value of approximately £12 million, and the 14-home Lane End development in Pudsey, with a Gross Development Value of around £3.5 million.
