Jack Lunn (Properties) Ltd has established a strong track record of delivering high-quality commercial developments across the UK, creating long-term value through carefully selected investments and well-executed projects.
Over recent years, the company has successfully completed approximately £7.8 million of commercial development. Notable schemes include a 3,390 sq ft Toolstation trade counter and a 1,850 sq ft Costa Coffee Drive Thru at Isleport Business Park, Highbridge, Somerset. Completed in 2021, the fully let development was subsequently sold in 2022 for £1.825 million, demonstrating the strength of the Group’s development and investment strategy.
Building on this success, the Group delivered Link 49, a prime multi-let industrial development at Boscombe Business Park, Hallen, Bristol. Comprising 14 modern industrial units extending to over 27,000 sq ft, the scheme achieved a Gross Development Value of approximately £6 million and was successfully sold in 2025.
The Group continues to expand its development pipeline. At New Pudsey Square, two new 2,000 sq ft hybrid commercial units are currently under construction by sister company Jack Lunn Ltd, further demonstrating the benefits of the Group’s integrated development and construction expertise.
Looking ahead, Jack Lunn (Properties) Ltd has secured two strategically located development sites in Bristol and Derby, with a combined anticipated Gross Development Value of almost £9 million.
At Horizon 38, Filton, Bristol, plans have been submitted for a high-quality 11,200 sq ft self-contained industrial unit, with construction anticipated to commence following planning approval.
Meanwhile, at Belmore Way, Derby, proposals are progressing for a mixed-use commercial scheme incorporating drive-thru units, EV charging facilities and retail/trade counter accommodation, with a planning application expected shortly.
